Perinatal Wellbeing Canada is a student clinic that provides direct support to parents and people in the perinatal period who are living with symptoms of mental health issues. We do this by offering support planning for parents looking for help as well as group peer support, and affordable therapy.
At Perinatal Wellbeing Canada we recognize that not all birthing people are moms, not all partners are dads, not all couples are cis-gendered, married, or heterosexual and that challenges in the perinatal period affect people of all cultures and abilities. We also recognize that families are created in many different ways and we are here to support anyone who is seeking help in Canada.

Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that many Indigenous Nations have longstanding relationships, both historic and modern, with the territories upon which Perinatal Wellbeing Canada is located. Today, this area is home to many Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island. We are proud to acknowledge that there are 46 treaties and other agreements that cover the territory now called Ontario. We acknowledge that we are settlers on these lands. It is on these ancestral and treaty lands that we live, learn and work.
